Proudly located in the Missouri Ozarks, Old Ozarkian Distillery has been quietly distilling and barrel-aging spirits since 2018. Using single 15 gallon barrels, each whiskey and bourbon is truly a unique, crafted experience.
At Old Ozarkian Distillery, we believe “Nothing is Easy but the Taste.” That is true in everything we do—growing our non-GMO corn locally, sourcing locally, bottling and labeling our own spirits—we believe in doing things the “old-fashioned” way.

BLOODY BILL MISSOURI STRAIGHT SOUR MASH WHISKEY— featuring Bloody Butcher Corn—wins a SILVER MEDAL in American Straight Whiskey category in American Distilling Institute’s 2024 International Spirits Competition. This was Old Ozarkian Distillery’s first entry of a spirit in a competition. To our friends of the distillery that have a bottle of Bloody Bill—cheers, and enjoy our award-winning whiskey! If you did not have the opportunity to purchase a bottle—we are sorry, but like most good things, they don’t last long and we are currently sold out. Don’t worry, Bloody Bill will return in approximately three years provided we get a good crop of Bloody Butcher corn this year! S.D.G.
