Bloody Bill
Featuring Bloody Butcher Corn Raised in the Rocky Soil of the Missouri Ozarks
EXTINCT
American Distilling Institute’s 2024 International Spirits Competition SILVER MEDAL winner for American Straight Whiskey
At a distillery, a whiskey recipe is called a “bill.” The corn we use exclusively for this great whiskey is a red corn named Bloody Butcher—thus our Bloody Bill Whiskey. However, there was a time in Missouri when the name Bloody Bill struck fear throughout the state. Our celebrated whiskey features Bloody Butcher heirloom (non-GMO) corn while remembering this outlaw from the “Outlaw State.”
