Our traditional bourbon whiskey is made according to the rigid rules governing only certain whiskey bourbon. This fine bourbon is a tribute to the hills and bottom land that surround the Bourbeuse River—home to our distillery and our heirloom corn fields. The old river was named when Missouri was part of France and translates to “Muddy Water”—most appropriate if you ask any locals. The 154 mile river meanders over 53 miles as the crow flies, twisting and turning up sediment as it carves its circuitous path.
