This special whiskey is a tribute to the town of Beaufort, Missouri—a small town where our Master Distiller was raised. The German heritage is still strong in Beaufort and throughout Missouri. Germans enjoyed making wine; we give homage to that tradition at Old Ozarkian Distillery. Belle of Beaufort is the marriage of Eighteen Twenty One No. 24 Whiskey and port wine, as after aging, our No. 24 is then rested in a port wine barrel. The whiskey moves into the oak and captures the remaining flavors of the port wine. A beautiful relationship of whiskey and wine.
